Día 132: Back in Town

Ich muss jetzt erstmal was loswerden:

I seriously have to talk about something:
Although it was wonderful being home, I was often thinking that I wanted to go back to Spain immediately.
Sounds weird? Yes! I, myself, am surprised that I can think something like that. I have always been looking forward to going home desperately. I counted the weeks and the days and I couldn’t wait for the moment in which I leave the plane in Munich. It was the light at the end of the tunnel.
Well, here come the big “but”. A lot can happen in four months and not only have I changed, but also the people that stayed home have changed. Things happened. Things which I did not know had happened. I came home and had to realize that a lot of things were not like they used to be when I left. I don’t want to say that anything changed for better or for worse. But it is different, and I wasn’t prepared for that. Therefore I often wished myself back to Spain. Here I didn’t had to worry about anything but myself. It was way easier.

But enough of that now.
Bianca and I went to explore the city yesterday. The weather was okay; many clouds and some dust but we still went to Temple de Debod to see the sunset. Then we continued to see the Palacio Real, Ópera and Sol. Afterwards we had dinner at Ôven. Back in the apartment we fell asleep immediately (of course, because we had been awake since half past four in the morning).
Today we slept in until around 1 pm. Then we had breakfast and went shopping in Gran Vía. Right now there are sales everywhere! I start doubting that one suitcase is enough to carry all my stuff back to Germany, maybe I have to buy a second one.

For dinner we had quinoa and veggie stir fry and afterwards we had wine and chocolate while watching one, or two, or three episodes of GoT.
