Freitag Abend bin ich ins Kino gegangen und hab "Room" angeschaut. Der Film war ganz gut, aber jetzt nicht super spannend.
Für Samstag hatte ich geplant, erst an der Blackwattle Bay entlang zu spazieren und dann zum Fischmarkt zu gehen. Allerdings war das Wetter nicht wirklich gut und deswegen haben sich meine Pläne dann auch spontan geändert. Ich bin dann zum Birkenhead Point Outlet Centre gefahren (als ich im Bus saß, empfand ich das Wetter eigentlich nicht mehr als schlecht - aber dann war es schon zu spät). Bis Freitag wusste ich nicht mal, dass so etwas hier existiert. Bei der Arbeit fragte ein Kunde mich mal, wie man denn dort hin komme und schon als er nur das Wort "Outlet" ausgesprochen hatte wusste ich, dass ich dort auch noch hin muss. Auf jeden Fall ist dass ein großes Outlet Zentrum mit vielen Marken wie Tommy Hilfiger, Superdry, Topshop, New Balance, Bonds, etc, aber ich ließ nur Geld im Nike Shop. Ich war nicht so in Shopping Laune, allerdings zu meinem eigenen Besten, denn wär ich das gewesen, hätte ich wohl viel mehr gekauft als 'nur' zwei Tshirts und eine Sport Shorts.
Heute (Sonntag) bin ich dann tatsächlich an der Blackwattle Bay entlang gegangen (bin allerdings nicht bis zum Fischmarkt gekommen) und ich fand, dass das ein guter Weg zum Joggen ist und da es erst Zwei Uhr nachmittags ist, werde ich da wahrscheinlich heute auch noch laufen gehen.
Aber das war's auch schon.

Basically, this weekend was...well it wasn't boring, but because of the weather, I wasn't able to do much.
I went to the movies on Friday evening. The movie, which was called "Room" was nice, but not too thrilling.
I had planned to have a walk along Blackwattle Bay and then go to the Sydney Fish Market on Saturday, but the weather was not really good so I did not stick to my plans.
Instead I went to the Birkenhead Point Outlet Shopping Centre (while I was sitting in the bus I recognized that the weather actually wasn't that bad; but it was too late now). I didn't even know that something like that existed in Sydney until this Friday when a customer asked me how to get there. Just when he said the word "outlet", I knew that I had to go there some day. It is a centre with many outlet shops from brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Superdry, Topshop, New Balance, Bonds etc, but I actually only spend money in the Nike shop. I was not in a shopping mood, for the good, beause if i had been, I would probably have spent way too much money. In the end, I was happy with two shirts and a pair of shorts.
Today (Sunday) I already went for a walk along Blackwattle Bay (but I did not walk up to the Fish Markets) and discovered that it is a good path for running. Since it is only 2pm now, this is what I might do later... go for a run at Blackwattle Bay.
